**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Ensuring the delivery of products or services that meet or exceed customer expectations consistently.
+ Lead Quality Control and Assurance team,
+ Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with all relevant external certifications (ISO) and perform internal audits to ensure alignment to QMS.
