Aerospace MRO Support Manager

The MRO Support Manager will be responsible for managing all technical support and engineering/maintenance activities within our Part 145 MRO shop. This role ensures repair, testing and capability development are performed safely, efficiently and in compliance with airworthiness regulations, OEM standards and customer requirements.
What You Can Expect Of The Role
You'll lead a team of engineers to develop new repair capabilities and approve technical documentation, including repair procedures, work instructions, and process specifications, based on OEM approved data or alternative means of compliances.
You'll lead the maintenance team to execute maintenance activities that will improve equipment reliability.
You'll provide technical (MRO Solutions) and maintenance support to the shop for component and equipment inspection, repair, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional team in driving continuous improvement projects and achieving company's strategic objectives.
