Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team for Achieving for Children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments and risk assessments to inform planning and intervention.
* Develop and review Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children plans as appropriate.
* Complete Section 47 investigations and progress cases through pre-proceedings where necessary.
* Work in partnership with families, schools, health professionals and other agencies to deliver coordinated support.
* Contribute to EHCP assessments and statutory reviews.
* Prepare clear, analytical reports for conferences, reviews and court proceedings where required.
