Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join the Child & Family Help Team with AFC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a Child & Family Help Team, ensuring effective early intervention and preventative support.
* Provide regular supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff within the team.
* Oversee assessments, planning, and interventions to ensure children's needs are identified and addressed promptly.
* Ensure safeguarding concerns are managed appropriately and escalated when required.
* Promote high standards of practice in line with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver coordinated support to families.
* Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and performance management.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
* £44.68 p/h Umbrella.
