Affiliate & Creator Outreach Manager (TikTok Shop Focus)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Affiliate & Creator Outreach Manager with deep, hands-on TikTok Shop (TTS) experience to drive affiliate growth and creator partnerships.

This role focuses on managing and scaling our TikTok Shop affiliate program while leading structured creator outreach across owned communities (Discord, Lark, etc.).

This is not general influencer outreach. It requires operational depth inside TikTok Shop systems, strong performance analytics, and disciplined execution within a structured, data-driven framework.

The ideal candidate has managed TTS at meaningful GMV scale and understands how to build repeatable affiliate growth systems.
