Affiliate Manager

This position is focused on driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships within the online casino and sportsbook verticals. The Affiliate Manager will play a key role in expanding market reach, increasing player acquisition, and optimizing revenue streams, particularly in a crypto-driven environment. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build long-term, profitable relationships with partners across international markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured affiliate strategy aligned with the company’s expansion objectives
• Source, recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliates in casino and sportsbook segments
• Manage ongoing relationships with partners to maximize performance and retention
• Negotiate and optimize commission structures including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements
