We are expanding our growth team and are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help scale our affiliate and IB channel.
Responsibilities
Source, onboard, and manage affiliate and IB partners
Structure and launch affiliate test campaigns with clear KPIs
Monitor performance, quality of traffic, and conversion metrics
Support the scaling of high-performing affiliates
Contribute to the evolution of the affiliate program structure
Requirements
Proven experience managing affiliate or IB programs in the crypto/cfd/forex industry
Strong understanding of crypto trading products; derivatives or options experience is a strong advantage
