Affiliate Manager with Spanish (Forex Industry)

Position: Affiliate Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliates/IBs while nurturing ongoing relationships with existing ones.
• Oversee and optimize affiliate programs and related activities.
• Engage with clients to address inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
• Source affiliate/traffic networks, negotiate partnerships, and integrate them into the program.
• Handle contract negotiations for new affiliates and renewals with current partners.
• Develop ROI-based proposals to attract and onboard new affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate sites for fraud, policy breaches (e.g., spam or data leaks), and compliance.
