Job Objective
The company is expanding into the Thai market and is looking for a Thai Booking Affiliate who will be responsible for the initial setup phase (building the booking system with KOC/Creators/local partners, standardizing processes)

Key Responsibilities
A. KOC Video Affiliate Recruitment (60%)
• Search, screen, and recruit suitable creators to produce KOC affiliate videos on TikTok.
• Work directly with creators: negotiate product lists, commission rates, and collaboration terms.
• Coordinate product preparation/content production.
• Manage sample product delivery.
• Provide content direction and creative suggestions.
• Track deadlines to ensure timely content publication.
• Monitor video performance: affiliate orders, GMV, conversion, etc.
