Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you are the talent scout and incubator of the brand's creator ecosystem. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and nurture emerging and high-potential creators and affiliates across TikTok and Shopee. You will be the first point of contact for new talent, building the pipeline that fuels our affiliate program. You will also serve as the primary liaison with platform partners (TikTok and Shopee) to secure support, resources, and growth opportunities for your newly acquired creators. If you have an eye for spotting rising talent, a passion for nurturing potential, and the ability to build strong relationships with platform partners, this role is your stage.
