Affiliate Performance Manager (Vancouver)

Role Overview

The role is for a performance-driven Creator Affiliate Manager to execute and grow our Creator Performance Partnerships (CPP) business. This manager will own performance-based creator programs across key ecosystems including Amazon Associates, Walmart Creator, direct brand programs and other leading affiliate platforms. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the role focuses on driving measurable GMV and revenue through high-performing creator-led programs.

1. Performance & Revenue Growth
   • Hit GMV and revenue targets across creator affiliate programs
   • Drive performance across Amazon Associates, Walmart, Target, and leading affiliate networks
   • Support conversion through a mix of organic creator content and paid amplification
   • Identify and activate high-performing creators and offers with a focus on repeatable revenue
