Affiliate Supervisor - Philippines

The Affiliate Supervisor oversees and manages affiliate partnerships to drive player acquisition, revenue growth, and the company's brand visibility. This role focuses on affiliate performance optimisation, compliance, relationship management, and campaign execution within the iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of affiliates, including onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, player acquisition, and revenue contribution.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, responsible gaming policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute and optimise affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Analyze KPIs such as CPA, revenue share, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
