Affinity Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at Marsh Risk This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. . As the Affinity Leader, you will be responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. You will deliver the firm by aligning client strategies and needs to Marsh's capabilities and resources. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of Marsh products and services the client holds. In this critical leadership role, you will lead and inspire the Affinity team to execute its strategy and deliver business results, by setting direction and empowering teams to perform.
