A unique opportunity is available for a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the senior leadership team at a private hospital in Sydney on a casual basis. POSITION OVERVIEW
The After-Hours Hospital Coordinator is a pivotal member of the health care team, providing after-hours leadership and management of the nursing team and hospital. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards;

Providing leadership across the facility;

Supporting and liaising with the respective Nurse Unit Manager(s) and heads of departments;

Ensuring all areas are staffed according to patient acuity and appropriate skill mix;

Coordinating patient admissions;

Overseeing the safety of all patients and hospital staff;

Managing multiple tasks and allocating resources appropriately.
