About the Role

We support commercial retail locations across the United States with 24/7 emergency facilities service. When something breaks at 2:00 AM (leaks, HVAC failures, electrical issues, doors stuck open), you'll be the calm, professional voice that triages the situation and gets the right technician dispatched — fast.

This role is process-driven. We use a strict After-Hours SOP and a Google Sheets call-out list so dispatching is consistent, fast, and documented.
