After Hours Home Care Scheduler

Are you an experienced Healthcare Scheduler looking for a fully remote opportunity? You're what we are looking for

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients and caregivers, handling their calls, messages, and voicemails. You'll help answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure that everyone gets the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls, texts, and voicemail inquiries from clients and caregivers.
• Address and resolve issues, complaints, and concerns with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments in response to caregivers' and clients' requests.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedules.
• Update client and caregiver profiles and manage sensitive information with confidentiality in AxisCare.
• Follow workflows and scripts in Amazon Connect and AxisCare.
