  • Implement a strategic sales and pricing plan as well as measures for the launch and development of service products in the region.
  • Define and continuously optimize service sales coverage and geographic distribution of the sales force (territorymanagement), and develop the sales process to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Responsible for the management and coaching of the service sales teams, ensuring that the teams respect the Atlas Copco talent framework. (ensure customer success, improve company results, lead self, focus on team success,commit to sustainable growth).
