Job Description

Our client’s company is a well-known multinational automotive manufacturer. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of After Sales - Area Manager. 
Responsibilities:
Acting as the company window person to make business deals with dealers by engaging in all kinds of communication, and coordination in connection with the fore mentioned service operation.
Providing business coaching over dealer service operations to achieve the “Value Chain Concept” as the goal of the company.
Assisting in the implementation, promotion, and administration of company direction such as Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Service Standards, Diamond Concept, Warranty, Master Level Training, etc.
Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the result of service and parts operation then feedback to dealer owner and Service Manager.
