The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle client communication and internal coordination efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and follow up on maintenance and inspection visits

* Verify service and repair vouchers

* Prepare daily technicians’ timesheets

* Coordinate technician dispatch based on priority

* Handle calls and customer follow-ups

* Transfer approved quotations to sales orders and coordinate delivery

* Manage procurement and vehicle-related renewals

* Maintain organized records and support day-to-day After-Sales operations
