After-sales Engineer – Singapore / Malaysia (Chinese Company)
Salary: 400,000–600,000 RMB/year
We are working with a growing Chinese, Singapore-based tech company (300+ employees) providing cloud migration, microservices, and PaaS platform solutions. Flexible remote work is possible initially, with occasional visits to client sites.
Candidate Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers
Bachelor's degree or above
Experience with private cloud environments
Fluent in Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
Deliver and implement the container cloud PaaS platform
Conduct platform deployment, functional & performance testing, and user training
Support clients in cloud migration and platform usage
Prepare documentation, case studies, and conduct technical sharing sessions
Provide upgrade support and troubleshoot platform issues
