Job Description
Role Purpose
Lead and manage the After Sales area end-to-end, ensuring the effective execution of warranty management, technical support, dealer/service network operations, quality management, after sales Brand Programs and technical training. The role aims to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and full alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warranty Management
- Define, implement, and oversee the warranty management framework in line with brand policies and corporate standards.
- Ensure accurate analysis, approval, follow-up, and closure of warranty claims.
- Monitor and control warranty-related costs, identifying deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the dealer/service network to ensure proper compliance with required procedures and documentation.
