After Sales Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to after-sales service requests from international clients and be responsible for handling robot after-sales service tasks.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, conducting regular communication and after-sales follow-ups.
• Conduct robot delivery training for customers and assist the supervisor in improving and continuously enhancing the robot training system.
• Provide technical consultation services related to robots for customers.
• Assist customers with robot teaching and programming debugging work.
• Follow established procedures to expedite issues that cannot be resolved personally to relevant personnel or supervisors, and track progress until the problem is solved.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and feedback data.
