Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to after-sales service requests from international clients and be responsible for handling robot after-sales service tasks.
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, conducting regular communication and after-sales follow-ups.
Conduct robot delivery training for customers and assist the supervisor in improving and continuously enhancing the robot training system.
Provide technical consultation services related to robots for customers.
Assist customers with robot teaching and programming debugging work.
Follow established procedures to escalate issues that cannot be personally resolved to relevant personnel or supervisors, and track progress until the problem is solved.
Collect, organize, analyze, and feedback data.
