After-Sales Service Engineer

ResponsibilitiesCollect equipment fault information (including historical data, fault recordings, etc.) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.Conduct inspection of arrived goods and request the client/owner to sign the goods receipt.Review the quantity of replacement spare parts for the client, conduct a preliminary analysis of the reasons for replacement, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.Provide maintenance and follow-up support for key client projects.Execute and implement the requirements from the R&D team, provide the estimated completion time, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.Forecast the on-site spare parts demand (3 months in advance) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.QualificationsMajor in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fieldsPrevious experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experienceAbility to travel frequentlyAbility to work un...
