Job Description

                    job description Responsibilities:
Perform on-site commissioning of company solutions (e.g., commercial kitchen ventilation, demand control systems, air distribution systems)
Ensure correct installation and integration of controls, UV, water wash systems, and IoT-based monitoring
Execute planned maintenance and emergency service visits according to service contracts or ad hoc requests
Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, or control components
Recommend system upgrades or component replacements to enhance performance
Provide technical support to customers (on-site and remote)
Deliver user training and operational guidance to end-users, contractors, and facility teams.
Record service reports, findings, and recommended actions in a structured manner.
Aftermarket Sales Support - Collaborate with the service sales team to identify upsell opportunities (filters, parts, upgrade packages)
