-Budget management of service charges especially goodwill for the service providers.
-Study new product functionality and serviceability before market launch.
-Prepare training documents for training use and provide product and service training to all external and internal service personnel.
-Prepare monthly SCR report and analyze the top component defects by PNCs. Monitor the quality trend and take preventive measures to address them. Follow-up with issues until closure.
-Collect and prepare service manual, spare parts list, user manual, wiring diagrams, component circuit diagrams etc
-Provide technical support for all major service issues and attend to all related problems from customers, product installations, product applications etc
-Generate after sales service report and monitor service performance in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and costs.
