AFTER-SALES SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Megamo is a prestigious bicycle brand based in Girona, Spain, driven by passion, innovation and performance. As part of our international growth, we are currently looking for an After-Sales Service Technician to strengthen our technical support and spare parts service.

This role is key to ensuring a high-level and consistent After-Sales Service , working closely with dealers and internal teams. We are looking for a highly organised and solution-oriented person with good technical bike knowledge and excellent communication skills.

• Provide technical After-Sales Service support , dealers, customers and sales representatives.
• Manage and coordinate warranty cases, technical incidents, spare parts requests, repairs and returns .
• Maintain and improve After-Sales Service processes and protocols globally , ensuring consistency and efficiency.
