Position Title: Afterhours Talent Consultant
Work Set -up: Hybrid or work onsite
Schedule: 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM / 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Shifting Schedule)
Salary: Php 40,000 pesos
The Afterhours Talent Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the Recruitment Teams by identifying, engaging, and shortlisting top -tier talent for our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, an understanding of the recruitment process, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

• Act as the point of contact for the Company division after hours.
• Respond to all calls and emails received after hours.
• Maintain a consistent conversion rate for all jobs.
• Meet individual OKRs and maximize candidate conversion.
