Job Title: After Sales Specialist – LATAM
About the Role
As part of the Malvern Panalytical Customer Success team, you will drive growth in after‑sales revenue by selling the full portfolio of service products to existing customers. You will focus on strengthening long‑term customer relationships, increasing retention, and maximizing customer value throughout the equipment lifecycle. This is a proactive, customer‑facing sales role where you will identify and develop aftermarket opportunities within your regional customer base. It’s an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. You will be accountable for forecasting, managing, and achieving annual Order and Sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of Malvern Panalytical’s service business.
