Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support aftersales service operations for HVAC systems in data centers environments.
• Build and develop the aftersales service team, ensuring strong technical capabilities and efficient workflows.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers and service teams.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
• Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs and emergency system failures.
• Work closely with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize system performance.
• Manage and improve service documentation, reports, and warranty claims
