QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Business Course
• With sales or customer service experience is a must
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Personality towards providing excellent customer service

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor timeline of houses under construction and coordinate internal quality inspection of completed homes
• Attend pag ibig and bank financing home inspection
• Attend turnover/acceptance of the unit
• Discuss the water and electric application of the homeowners
• Discuss the policy / restriction of every subdivision
• Coordinate to the homeowners regarding the initial inspection or home turnover appointments
• Documents homeowner concerns during initial inspection and turnover appointments and coordinate any required corrections with the Operation department
