Aftersales Ecommerce Project Manager Senior (Xico)

The mission of Aftersales eCommerce is to capture, attract and convert online buyers to Nissan's online Parts and Accessories websites to drive revenue & profit targets.

This role will support eCommerce projects and initiatives that drive customer retention and value, dealer engagement, sales growth, and profit enhancement.

• Projects may include eCommerce optimization and enhancement initiatives, order fulfillment projects, marketing programs, partner onboarding and offboarding initiatives, data integration projects, eCommerce dealer program transformation initiatives, and key projects to be defined as eCommerce business evolves and grows.
• Manage day-to-day project development from initiation, business requirements gathering & definition, timeline development, daily follow ups, status updates & documentation to completion.
