Aftersales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development

2. Identify, develop, and close opportunities for service contracts (preventive maintenance, extended warranty, remote monitoring, etc.).

3. Promote upgrade packages, system retrofits, and spare parts sales to maximize asset performance.
4. Develop tailored proposals that align with customer operational and financial goals.

5. Customer Relationship Management

6. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure contract renewals and satisfaction.

7. Conduct regular account reviews and site visits to assess service needs and upsell opportunities.
8. Serve as the customer's key contact for all post-sales service solutions.

9. Technical & Commercial Coordination

10. Work closely with service delivery, engineering, and technical teams to design feasible service offerings.
