Aftersales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client Support:

• Assist the After Sales Associates in responding to client inquiries and concerns related to their purchased unit.
• Provide technical explanations and solutions to clients regarding construction-related issues.

Problem Identification:

• Conduct site inspection to assess and diagnose issue reported by client.
• Aid After Sales Associate in identifying problems and defects in the construction of the units.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with the Quality Team to ensure that construction standards are met and maintained.
• Recommend corrective action to address any deficiencies or non-compliance with constructive specification.

Technical Assistance:

• Provide construction cost for the warranty repair works.
• Provide technical support and guidance to After Sales Associates on construction-related matters.
