Your impact
This position is responsible for manage the service area and support technical issues in Argentina.
The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treat internally, into the factory. On the other hand, this person is responsible for take the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers.
Your experience and qualifications
Support or answer Technical issues reported by tech connect;
Lead workshops for new products and for internal process. Permanente coaching to dealers;
Visit Customers as a courtesy or for technical problems;
Know how to support using EDT (Electronic diagnostic tool);
