Aftersales Specialist

This position is responsible for managing the service area and supporting technical issues in the Center and North region of Argentina. The service coordinator is a link between the factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treated internally within the factory. On the other hand, this person is responsible for delivering the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers.

• Support or answer technical issues reported by Tech Connect
• Lead workshops for new products and internal processes, providing permanent coaching to dealers
• Visit customers as courtesy or for technical problems
• Know how to support using EDT (Electronic Diagnostic Tool)
• Know technically how to fix AGCO portfolio, and occasionally be required to operate equipment
