Aftersales Support Executive (Automotive)

Permanent position, Salary up to $4,500 with bonus Key Responsibilities
Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis. Monitor KPIs such as revenue, retention, upselling, parts sales, and labour performance. Provide operational support to service centres, including system troubleshooting and package setup. Coordinate with Finance and operations teams on debtor ageing and collections matters. Support tender and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standards. Participate in digitalisation, system implementation, and UAT initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Prepare and manage monthly incentive and commission payouts accurately and timely. Support Aftersales events and ad hoc projects when required. Requirements
