We are assisting our international client to recruit an accomplished Aftersales Support Manager for their operations in this part of Africa. The incumbent will lead and manage the regional Aftersales Support operations. This includes Parts Sales, Service Support, Inventory, and Warehouse management, with the focus to deliver reliable, high-quality product support to mining customers. Additionally, the incumbent will ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability through effective leadership of the aftersales team, strong customer relationships, and disciplined control of parts supply, stock, and service standards in the region.
