Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products after delivery or installation
- Respond to customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints related to technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or equipment problems efficiently
- Coordinate with production, design, and service teams to implement solutions
- Conduct product inspections, testing, and maintenance as required
- Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and feedback for continuous improvement
- Train customers and end-users on proper use, maintenance, and safety of products
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Assist in warranty claims, spare parts management, and service contracts
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Immediate Head
