Responsibilities Strong internal/external customer service (professional, attentive, timely) 
Maintain ticketing system accurately for customer calls, texts, emails 
Work extended hours, weekends, holidays & when there are overflow calls 
Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound communications for both Parts & Service 
Identify & document customer needs, research issues, provide solutions 
Promote products/services when opportunity arises 
After hours support on work orders for technicians & dispatch
