Ag Safety Advisor

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Ag Safety Advisor on a permanent basis on our Ag Solutions team.

This position is a remote opportunity with preference for candidates based in Saskatchewan.

Are you an experienced health & safety professional with a strong understanding of regulations, compliance and safety in fertilizer and crop supply products, including a strong understanding of anhydrous ammonia? We encourage you to apply for this opportunity!

What you’ll do:

• Communicate regulations and best practices to Local Co-ops; provide compliance guidance and support emergency planning requirements for Transport Canada and Environment Canada.
• Offer technical advice, verify workforce safety competencies, manage time‑sensitive compliance updates, and collaborate across CRS teams, regulators, and industry partners.
• Gather and share critical data to meet licensing, regulatory, and emergency response needs.
