Female Support Worker Required With Personal Car. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Community Access

Educational Requirement: A Certificate IV in Disability Support or equivalent.

Documents and other Requirements:

• Working With Children's Check (Employee)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Driver’ License & your own car
• Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate
• Police Check

The client needs assistance with daily tasks, personal care and community access. Support worker is required to have a car to take the client and his foldable wheelchair. Also, the client has a fall history, the care worker needs to be strong enough to help the client with any trips and prevent falls.
