Aged & Disability Care - Cater Care

About the role:

We are looking for a friendly Catering Assistant to join our team at an aged care facility in East Fremantle, WA. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the dining experience for residents, focusing on providing positive service and creating a welcoming mealtime environment.

Roster: Weekday & weekend shifts, including mornings and afternoons - depending on site needs and staff availability.

What this role involves:

• Assisting with food preparation, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
• Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
• Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
• Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
• Setting tables, plating meals, and supporting the chef with general kitchen duties
