About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers with a strong background in assisting individuals with physical disabilities and mental health challenges to join our team in Brisbane's northside.

Qualifications & experience

• Certificate III in Individual support or other relevant qualifications is preferred, but not essential.
• Passion for learning and compassion towards people with disabilities
• Extensive experience with mental health and physical disability is highly valued. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
• NDIS workers screening check is required prior to commencement.
• Availability of minimum 2–3 shifts per week, including nights and sleep over shifts.
• Possess an open driver's license and own transportation.
