About the Role:

In accordance with our 'Life Care Way' you are responsible for assisting 'people in our service' through actively creating and promoting an environment that will enhance each person’s life experience.

Reporting to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will assist clients to reach their greatest potential by maximising their independence and promoting an environment that will enhance their ability to Live Every Day. 

Working in partnership with our families and volunteers, you will achieve this by providing care and engagement to our clients through the effective delivery of social and/or engagement programs.
