About the Role Join a well-regarded Residential Aged Care Facility (NFP) in Sunshine coast as a Clinical Care Manager. This full-time leadership position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for a 140+ bed residential aged care facility.

You will be a Leader of Teams, mentoring clinical staff and collaborating with the Service Manager to meet Aged Care Quality Standards and strategic facility goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Manage care planning, evaluation, and medication management.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach nursing and care teams.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards.

• Operational Support: Oversee rosters and clinical supply budgets.
