About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual and team quotas and AIA business objectives for Kota Kinabalu market.Plan and strategize quality recruitment activities and work closely with Agency Leaders to achieve the company’s assigned regional recruitment target. 
Work with Agency Leaders to ride on company available technology support / Elite Academy ecosystem to monitor Life Planners' performance.
Quality Recruitment Performance Analysis.
Maximize distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to segmentation of agency force.
