My client are currently recruiting for an Agency Channel Manager to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a large team of agents.
Build and maintain relationships with agents, agency leaders.
Conduct sales meetings with brokers and agents.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage agency complaints.
 Requirements
5+ years experience in a similar role.
Thai National only with good level of English.
Strong relationship building skills.
Strategic thinking and ability to drive performance.
