₱40,000 – ₱80,000 (1–3 years experience)
₱80,000 – ₱120,000 (Senior, 3–5 years experience)
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and growth-focused Agency & Creator Growth Manager to expand and strengthen our creator ecosystem in the Philippines.In this role, you will recruit, develop, and optimize agency and host performance while building long-term strategic partnerships that drive revenue and platform growth.
What You'll Do
Recruit and onboard new agencies and creators
Build and maintain strong partner relationships
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Coach agencies and hosts to improve engagement and revenue
Identify growth opportunities within the livestreaming ecosystem
