Responsibilities
Creators are at the center of our operations. Through professional agencies and MCNs in the content business, especially those that specialize in livestreaming, we are building scale and democratization of the livestreaming business. In this role of Agency Growth Manager, you will carry out two main sets of responsibilities that will drive business growth in a sustainable way:
1. Agency Management
- Design TikTok LIVE Latam's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping agencies scale up in their business on the platform.
- Design agency's benefit system and growth program to incentivize better performance and sustainable revenue growth.
